Flush Mount Voltage Control Knobs

Diode replacement Flush Mount Voltage Knob for Internally regulated alternators.

This voltage knob works with alternators equipped with a (S) Sense pin/wire.

Premium Bourns 5k linear rheostat has 10 turns on the dial to precisely increase voltage.

Typical voltage increase is 1-1.2v beyond your alternators stock set point.

Charging at 14v? this will allow you to charge at 14-15.2v by adjusting the knob.

Charging at 14.8v? this will allow you to charge at 14.8-16v by adjusting the knob.

These also come equipped with a mini volt meter that is super bright and can had in multiple colors.

All units come with a fuse and fuse tap.

These work on up to 4 total alternators of the same make.

Overall size is 4.2in x 2.2in

Mounting holes are 3.35in x 1.25in apart

cutout required for flush mounting is 2.8in x 1in

Volt meters have 3 wires

Red= remote turn on

Yellow= 12v constant power (battery ,alternator, etc.)

Black= ground (-)

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY…

*These will not work on 2 pin alternators from GM, a 4 pin regulator is required for a sense wire to be utilized.

These will not work on many newer PCM controlled vehicles.. if you already use a diode to increase your voltage but want a higher and more reliable charge… these are perfect for you!

Instructions:

These units have 2 wires…

It does not matter which wire you use in the following directions.

1 wire will connect to your alternators (s) sense wire.

2nd wire will connect to a relay off your ignition source in your stock vehicles fuse panel.

We recommend a 5am inline fuse on the wire connected to you ignition source.
